What clinicians attest to, how often, and what happens if an attestation is false.
What clinicians attest to
- That they hold an active license and the board certifications they list
- That they practice according to the current society guidelines for each condition they list, answering a short, versioned questionnaire per condition
- That they do not sell, prescribe for profit, or promote peptides or compounded medications
Who is eligible, and who is never listed
Every listed clinician must:
- Hold an active, unrestricted medical or clinical license, verified against the national registry.
- Have never had a license revoked, suspended, surrendered, or restricted for cause in any state or country.
- Practice according to the current major society guidelines and can name the guideline they follow.
We do not list, and we remove, anyone with:
- Anti-vaccine content, or publishing or promoting anything that contradicts the scientific evidence or the guidelines.
- Selling, prescribing for profit, or promoting peptides, compounded medications, or unregulated substances.
- Supplements sold as treatment, or an online store selling treatments.
- Loss, suspension, or surrender of a medical license, or license restrictions for cause.
- Documented ethical violations, including news reports of professional misconduct or board discipline.
- FTC or state cease-and-desist letters, warning letters, or actions for false or deceptive advertising.
- Chiropractic, naturopathic, or unlicensed practice.
Applicants affirm each of these in a dated eligibility declaration, and our screening checks public sources for evidence to the contrary.
Websites that sell peptides, supplements, or compounded products
If your website or public pages show peptides, supplements sold as treatment, or compounded medications, you must confirm you do not offer them and remove them before you can be listed. We re-check every listed clinician's website every month. If any of it comes back, the account is deactivated and delisted without a refund.
What an applicant must do:
- Confirm in writing that you do not offer peptides, supplements as treatment, or compounded medications.
- Remove every mention, product, and order link from your website and public pages.
- Tell us it is done. We re-screen the same pages before making a decision.
Every listed clinician's website and public pages are re-checked monthly. If peptides, supplements sold as treatment, or compounded medications reappear, the listing is deactivated and delisted immediately, the subscription ends, and no refund is issued.
The confirmation is recorded with the date and IP address, and the re-screen results are kept with the application.
How attestations are checked
Licenses are verified against the national registry. Public presence is screened before approval and re-screened on a schedule. A random sample of clinicians is audited each month, and any profile can be reported by anyone. Attestations renew every year; the badge is removed if they lapse.
False attestations
A false attestation is grounds for removal without refund. Removed clinicians may be added to a private disallowed list that blocks future applications.
