For investors
Invest in the trust layer for health care.
DoctorDirectory.ai helps patients find physicians and clinicians who practice evidence-based medicine, and every listed clinician is checked by people first. No reviews, no star ratings, and no way to pay for a higher rank.
1.5 million+
Clinician profiles from the federal NPI registry
2,500+
Vetted and listed clinicians
86
Countries with clinicians, most in the United States
Counted from our own database and rounded down. We do not quote traffic or revenue here.
The problem
Patients have never had more health advice, or less reason to trust it
Influencer medicine
The loudest health voices online are often the least careful, and many sell the supplement, test or protocol they recommend.
AI misinformation
Chatbots answer health questions for anyone who asks. They sound expert whether they are right or wrong.
Review sites
The big directories lead with star ratings. Reviews can be bought, faked or written in anger, and say nothing about evidence.
Money and rank
When a directory takes money from clinicians, patients deserve to know it never buys a higher place on the page.
Medical science has never been better. It has never been harder to know who to believe.
The founder
A practicing cardiologist who decided the fight against medical misinformation needed a directory
Who: Dr. Mohammed Alo, DO, FACC. Cardiologist with a full clinical practice and professor of cardiovascular medicine at Midwestern University and Ohio University, known to his audience as America's Cardiologist.
Why this: he sees what medical misinformation does to patients, and a patient had no simple way to find a doctor who follows the evidence. So he built one.
Role: chairs our medical advisory board of 10 physicians.

What is built
The inventory is in place and the vetting engine is running.
1.5 million+
clinician profiles built from the federal NPI registry
86
countries with clinicians in the directory, most of them in the United States
19,700+
cities with at least one clinician
2,500+
vetted and listed clinicians
26
specialties, from cardiology to menopause care
10
physicians on our medical advisory board
Vetting is the product
- License verified against the national registry
- Board certification confirmed
- Public records, websites and posts screened before anyone is listed
- A dated promise to practice by the published guidelines of the major medical societies, renewed every year
- Websites re-checked and listings audited at random, and anyone who starts selling unproven treatments is removed
The full process is public on how we vet clinicians.
Our promises
No reviews or star ratings. They say nothing about whether a doctor follows proven medicine.
Not pay to play. Ads and paid listings never change who is listed or how clinicians rank.
A person makes every call. Hard cases go to the advisory board.
The market signal
Investors have already priced trusted medical information for clinicians
$12 billion
OpenEvidence, January 2026, after a $250 million Series D led by Thrive Capital and DST Global.
$15 billion
OpenEvidence, September 2026, after a $250 million round led by Andreessen Horowitz and Byers Capital.
OpenEvidence is an AI medical search platform for clinicians. It serves the doctor at the point of care. The patient deciding who to trust has no equivalent.
DoctorDirectory.ai is built for that side of the exam room: vetted, evidence-based clinicians plus accurate public information, the patient-facing complement to clinician tools. Our ambition is larger still: the place patients start when they need a doctor they can trust.

Projected valuation for DoctorDirectory.ai
Projected, not guaranteed. This is a forward-looking estimate by management based on current plans and assumptions. Actual results may differ materially, and investing in an early-stage company carries a risk of losing your entire investment.

How the business works
Clinicians and sponsors pay. Nobody pays for rank.
Free to join
Claiming a profile and getting vetted cost nothing, so the bar stays about evidence, not money.
Paid listings
Standard $50 a month. Featured $200 a month, always labeled, rotated fairly, and never changing organic rank.
Sponsor advertising
Priced per placement per month by who is buying: Community $1,500, Industry $12,000, Pharmaceutical $25,000 with a three-month minimum. Category exclusivity $15,000.
What money can never buy: a listing, a rank or a review. No advertiser, including any pharmaceutical company, has a say in who is listed or how clinicians rank.
Published prices on for providers and for sponsors. Prices can change.
